SpeakVibe provides listening and dictation exercises to help you practice English. You agree to use the service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes.

When you import your own audio or video, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. Do not import copyrighted material (such as songs, films, or audio downloaded from streaming services) unless you own it or have permission. You agree not to hold SpeakVibe responsible for content you import.

Imported content is processed only to create your personal exercise and is not shared publicly.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

SpeakVibe is free to use with a registered account. The service may be supported by advertising. We may show ads alongside the content, and ad providers may use cookies to deliver and measure them.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, abuse the import feature, or use it to process unlawful content.

SpeakVibe is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that transcriptions are perfectly accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is a learning aid, not a certified language assessment.

To the extent permitted by law, SpeakVibe is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
