Privacy Policy

Stored on your device. Your practice progress, streaks, scores, focus areas, and any exercises you import are saved locally in your browser. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you create an account.

Account information. If and when you create an account, we collect your email address and a securely stored password to save your progress across devices.

Audio you import. When you import an audio or video clip for transcription, the file is sent to our transcription provider to generate text. We do not permanently store your uploaded media on our servers.

Payment information. If you subscribe, payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate SpeakVibe:

• OpenAI — to generate exercise audio and transcribe imported clips.
• Payment processor (e.g. Stripe) — to handle subscriptions securely, once payments are enabled.
• Hosting provider — to serve the website.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.

We use your browser’s local storage to remember your progress and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Locally stored data remains until you clear your browser data or delete it in the app. If you have an account, you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

SpeakVibe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
